3. Ordering and Payment / ऑर्डर और भुगतान

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
- We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD orders incur an additional ₹50 handling charge.

4. Shipping and Delivery / शिपिंग और डिलीवरी

- Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- Orders below ₹500: ₹149 shipping charge.
- COD orders: ₹50 handling surcharge.
- Dispatch time: 10–12 business days across India.

- ₹500 से ऊपर के ऑर्डर्स पर फ्री शिपिंग।
- ₹500 से कम के ऑर्डर्स पर ₹149 शिपिंग शुल्क।
- COD ऑर्डर्स पर ₹50 अतिरिक्त शुल्क।
- पूरे भारत में डिस्पैच समय: 10–12 कार्य दिवस।
5. Returns and Refunds / रिटर्न और रिफंड
English:
- Returns accepted only for damaged, wrong size, or wrong colour items.
- Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Return shipping costs may apply.
हिंदी:
- रिटर्न केवल डैमेज, गलत साइज या गलत रंग वाले उत्पादों के लिए स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।
- उत्पाद अनयूज़्ड होना चाहिए, टैग्स लगे होने चाहिए और मूल पैकेजिंग में होना चाहिए।
- स्वीकृति के बाद रिफंड 7 कार्य दिवसों में प्रोसेस किया जाएगा।
- रिटर्न शिपिंग शुल्क लागू हो सकता है।
6. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा
